Government HIV testing facilities offer FREE HIV testing and screening nationwide. Antiretroviral medicines are FREE in all HIV and AIDS Treatment Hubs courtesy of the Department of Health. Laboratory tests are covered by the Out-patient HIV and AIDS Treatment Package (OHAT) of PhilHealth.
